image John Hofman serves as the full-time Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the City of Sacramento (CA) Fire Department. He holds a M.S. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas – Permian Basin. Coach Hofman is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds additional certifications as an USA Sports Performance Coach (USAW) and USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach. Along with his duties as Coach for Sacramento Fire Department he also works as the strength & conditioning coach for the California Regional Fire Academy and Sierra Fire Technology Program.
